so...soap!

So wonderful to see awesome design married with the good work of an NGO. Just read on CNNGo about So...Soap!, a non-profit which trains low-income women in Hong Kong to make organic soap to help them earn a living, while also promoting a greener, more sustainable way of living. CoLAB helps connects young designers with NGOS in desperate need of better product design, marketing and branding. When the founders of CoLAB, Eddy Yu and Hung Lam (who also run design firm CoDesign), got involved with So...Soap!, this was the result!
